Easy Security Light End User License Agreement

The product, Easy Security Light (“ESL”) is provided by Mergetool.com LLC (“Mergetool.com”), located at 514 Americas Way, Suite 6585, Box Elder, SD 57719.

Before we begin the registration process of ESL, please read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure it works for your company (“Company”).

  1. License and Product Ownership.
    1. Mergetool.com licenses its services and ESL to Company, and Mergetool.com retains all title and rights in its copyrights, service marks, trademarks and other proprietary rights in ESL and all versions thereof, including language translations.  The Company does not acquire any rights, expressed or implied in ESL.  The Company is only entitled as a user of ESL.
    2. Company is not to copy ESL or move them to any other Microsoft Dynamics NAV module range, or represent them in any way as their own.
    3. Violation of Mergetool.com’ intellectual property rights shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, which shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any equitable remedies available to Mergetool.com.
    4. Mergetool.com’s software customizations, and language translations, constitute trade secrets of Mergetool.com.  Company shall not reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce Mergetool.com software to human-perceivable form. Mergetool.com software shall not be moved or migrated outside of its assigned Navision or Dynamics NAV module range.
    5. Mergetool.com software is licensed solely through Microsoft and Mergetool.com’ NAV Resellers; registration of ELS has to and can only be done through Mergetool.com.
  2. Payment Terms
    1. Payment is ONLY through PayPal/credit card for Company who has decided to register ESL with Mergetool.com. Registration key for ESL will be provided between 3 – 5 business days upon submitting the payment.
    2. In cases whereby payment is returned or if the service is unable to complete a payment initiated by Company associated with Company’s designated account, bank or financial institution (e.g., insufficient funds, closed or restricted account); Company will be liable for all costs associated with such incomplete or returned payment.
    3. The registration fee is NON- REFUNDABLE.
  3. Support and Product enhancement
    1. Company acknowledges that support for ESL is provided only through our support page Mergetool.com will not provide direct or phone call support for free.
    2. Mergetool.com does not provide auto update/enhancement for ESL; Updated version of ESL is to be downloaded from our website, and additional registration fee might incurs for every major updated version of the ESL software.
  4. Performance.
    1. Mergetool.com ensures the solid and reliable use of ESL for access by the Company and its users. ESL will perform and operate as communicated to the Company. In the event of any bugs, defects or errors (collectively, “Errors”) in the ESL, Mergetool.com will investigate, and reserve the rights to decide on the actions that need to be taken.
  5. Confidentiality.
    1. Mergetool.com shall not disclose Confidential Information except for the purposes of this Agreement unless Company shall otherwise agree in writing. Mergetool.com may disclose Confidential Information only to employees or ISV who have a need to know the Confidential Information for the purposes of this Agreement and who are bound in writing to maintain the secrecy of the Confidential Information and assign to Company any Inventions which they may make.

Pricing

Modules and pricing for Mergetool.com Products. The Easy Security Light must be requested through your NAV partner as other modules for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. For the complete recording functionality must a Registration Key be purchased from Mergetool.com.

The Easy Security Light product is available for partners to use for free. A Partner Registration Key is required for using Easy Security Light to create Roles for your ISV or custom solution.

Without a registration Key is the recording limited to TableData in the ranges 1..50 and 50000..99999.
