User Personalization with Field Level and Data Security

With older versions of NAV executable for NAV 2009 R2, 2013 and 2013 R2 is some of the customization features not working properly when Field Level and Data Security changes are made to the page. This has been corrected in the latest build of each version. Minimum build for each version is below. NAV 2009 R2 build 36420 or later NAV 2009 R2 Platform Hotfix Overview NAV 2013 Build 36605 or later NAV 2013 Platform Hotfix Overview NAV 2013 R2 Build 36703 or later NAV 2013 R2 Platform Hotfix Overview The issues that the users could experience is listed below When the Visible or Editable property of a field on a Page is set using a variable, the user cannot use Choose Columns to remove the field. NAV 2009 R2 and 2013. When the Visible or Editable property of a field on a Page is set using a variable, the user cannot add the field using Customize FastTab, because the field does not show as available. NAV 2013 only. When Actions on a page have code and variable values in properties, users are unable to customize the actions. NAV 2009 R2 and 2013.
