It is with great pride we announce the product “Easy Security” for Microsoft Dynamics NAV from Mergetool.com. “Easy Security” simplifies the process of setting up and maintaining permissions.

  • Building groups of roles and companies reduces the complexity of the permission setup.
  • Logins can be assigned the same permissions as another login so only one user in each department needs to be maintained.
  • Using recordings to build a new role or update existing roles makes the maintenance of permissions much easier.
  • Source Code Analyzer adds permissions used for table relations or flowfields. It also works as a great Data Dictionary.
  • Creating Restore Points ensure that changes to permissions very easily can be reversed should any problems arise.
  • Restore Points, Recordings and Built Roles can be exported and imported. This allows for testing in one database and easy move to production.
  • The product works with both the Classic and RoleTailored Client.
  • Permissions can be setup, maintained and updated from the RoleTailored Client in NAV 2009 SP1.
  • No merge or code integration is necessary. The product consists of only new objects.
  • Work with 3.70 or later executable.
