NAV Resellers:

Many of you know and have worked with Per Mogensen.  He has worked with Lanham for the last 10 years as our development manager responsible for ensuring that we deliver the best products possible, and that they adhere to a strict set of standards.  This methodology and adherence to standards is something we have embraced as a company, and it has allowed us to deliver the same functionality in virtually any version of NAV.

Per and I have discussed, for some time, his desire to create a company of his own.  While I hate to see him go, it is with my best wishes that we announce that Per will be leaving Lanham on February 1st to start a new business, mergetool.com.  His plans are to consult with the ISV community to use the same standards and methodologies that have worked at Lanham.

Lanham intends to be Per's first customer, so we will continue to use his expertise and suggestions as we go forward.  For many of you, Per will need no introduction or recommendation, but for those who would like to discuss what he has done for us at Lanham, please feel free to give me a call.

Effective February 1st, the Director of Development responsibilities will become part of my role in the company.   We had a lot of possibilities here, but I have many new ideas, and am excited to get back to that part of the business.  It is an area that I led when Advanced Distribution, E-Ship, and EDI were our only products.

We have a full development agenda that will see us delivering enhancements to our current products and releasing several new products in 2010.  You will hear more about these in the next few weeks.

The change will mean that I will move some of my current duties to other Lanham employees and to my partner, Mary Lanham.  It is our intention to make this transition as seamless and positive as possible for you our partners.

As we begin the transition, if you have any questions at all, please give me a call to touch base.

We appreciate your selling our products over the years, and have every reason to look forward to a great 2010 together.

Best regards,

Dale Lanham
