Procedures hang and do not finish on a database with case-insensitive (CI) collation on NAV builds 33433 and higher

NAV 2009 R2 Build 33433 has introduced a problem with the Field Level and Data Security procedure Implement Changes in Code and with the Source Code Analysis process. Both procedures will hang on a database with case-insensitive collation on SQL Server.

Update October 14 2013: Microsoft has released a hotfix for this issue, KB 2876791 (not yet published as of this date).
