To disable all the permissions for the User identified on the Login Card, enter a checkmark in the "No Permissions:" field in the header of the Login Card. The disabling of the permissions for the Login will happen the next time the Publish routine is run. A checkmark can also be set in this field by entering a date in the Expiry Datefield. When the Publish routine is processed and the date in the Expiry Date field has been passed, a checkmark will be entered in the "No Permissions:" field. This is a very easy way of disabling a Login without removing any Login Access Control from the Login.

Other Users who receive permissions from a Login Card that has had permissions disabled as described above will still receive the permissions from the Lines portion of the Login Card. This means a Login named in the "Permissions as User ID" field can have its permissions disabled and still be used to provide permissions to other Users. Therefore, Users do not have to be reassigned to another Login to keep their permissions.
